Remove Your Skin Moles At Home With Apple Cider Vinegar

We all live with a skin mole or two that we would like to remove, but have either never gotten around to removing, or maybe there are other reasons for just living with them.

The two main reasons you have not done anything about your moles is generally down to either:

Cost Of Surgical Mole Removal

Visiting a dermatologist or plastic surgeon is not a cheap option and the costs can soon mount up if you have a number of moles you would like removing.

Fear Of Surgical Procedure

Many people (including me) have a fear of surgery, no matter how small. In my case I would much rather poke around with a needle myself to remove a splinter, than let someone else do it.

Fortunately there are both cheaper and less invasive ways to remove your skin moles, which can be done in your own bedroom or bathroom. None of the following methods involve seeing your own blood or cutting into yourself with sharp implements.

One great way to get rid of those moles at little cost is:

Apple Cider Vinegar Mole Removal

Apple cider vinegar is a readily available product that you can purchase from your local store for a couple of bucks.

Use it by first gently scratching at the mole surface and applying the neat apple cider vinegar directly to the mole. You will need to repeat this process often for it to take effect. After a few weeks you will observe changes to the mole's appearance and it will begin to scab over.

Eventually the mole will turn black and drop off. The downside to this approach is the time factor. It can take several weeks for the process to complete and you will have to live with a rather ugly scab or wear a dressing during this time.

If your mole is not in a highly visible area, it probably doesn't matter too much as only you will see it, but with facial moles for example, it could be a bit of an embarrassment for a while.

To speed up the process you can apply it at night before bed and cover with a band-aid to stop it getting rubbed off and this will ensure prolonged contact. Although apple cider vinegar is edible it is quite strong, so try to apply it just to the mole and keep it off the surrounding skin to avoid localized sensitivity.

A quicker way still, is to use one of the mole removal creams on the market, that are faster acting and will get rid of that mole in days rather than weeks. Although these creams are a little more expensive, they are still considerably cheaper than surgical removal.
